Dwayne Harris won't rule out return Monday

IRVING, Texas -- Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dwayne Harris is not ruling himself out of Monday’s game against the Chicago Bears.

“It’s questionable,” Harris said. “I’m feeling good. I’m running around. We’ll see how it goes this week.”

Harris said he has run for the past week and ran some routes on Monday, but he did not practice. The Cowboys could use Harris because of his return ability -- he is averaging 14 yards per punt return and 31.3 yards per kick return. He also leads the Cowboys with 12 special-teams tackles.

Harris said this injury is to his lower hamstring, near his knee. He suffered an injury to his upper hamstring as a rookie that limited him for a longer period of time.

“I don’t want to go out against Chicago and pull it and be out for the season,” Harris said. “If I can go, I’ll go. If I can’t, then I’ll be back for Green Bay (on Dec. 15).”
