Packers have not yet withheld salaries

On Monday, we noted that the head of the NFL Coaches Association had named the Green Bay Packers as one of the NFL teams that has cut salaries for coaches during the lockout.

On Tuesday, the NFLCA's Larry Kennan told the Boston Globe that he was mistaken. He said he called the Packers and apologized.

Like many teams, the Packers have a plan for eventual cutbacks this offseason. It will affect most everyone in the organization but has not yet been implemented.

Sorry for the confusion.
