Inactives for Seahawks-Packers game

SEATTLE -- Here are the inactives for the season opener between the Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks:

Packers: QB Scott Tolzien, CB Demetri Goodson, LB Carl Bradford, DT Mike Pennel, WR Jeff Janis, TE Brandon Bostick, LB Jayrone Elliott.

Seahawks: RB Christine Michael, TE Cooper Helfet, CB Tharold Simon, OLB Kevin Pierre-Louis, WR Kevin Norwood, WR Phil Bates.

A couple of notes: Bates was added back to the Seahawks 53-man roster Wednesday night when backup center Lemuel Jeanpierre was placed in injured reserve with a neck injury.

Officially, the Packers have only four defensive linemen on the active roster for Thursday night’s game, although Julius Peppers (6-foot-7, 285 pounds) has been a defensive end his entire career until moving to outside linebacker this season.
