Falcons not optimistic about Anderson's chances

PHOENIX -- Just talked to a Falcons' official and it doesn't look like defensive end Jamaal Anderson will be playing today.

Anderson is expected to come out on the field momentarily to test out his injured ankle, but the team official said the training staff is not optimistic. Anderson sat out last week's game.

Chauncey Davis started in Anderson's place last week and likely will start again today. That also will mean additional playing time for backup Kroy Biermann.
