Saints remain on lonely list

With the Cardinals getting to the Super Bowl, the list of franchises that haven't been there has gotten even smaller.

The Saints are still on there and their company on the list isn't pretty. They're joined by the Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns. The Jaguars and Texans also are on the list, but they've got an excuse because they're expansion teams and haven't been around that long.

On the bright side, the Saints only trail each of their three NFC South counterparts by one Super Bowl appearance. The Bucs, Panthers and Falcons each have been there once and the Bucs are the only team from the division to win a Super Bowl.
