This one is not a big surprise -- the Buccaneers let defensive tackle Jovan Haye walk. ESPN.com senior writer John Clayton reports Haye has agreed to a four-year deal worth $16.5 million with the Tennessee Titans.
Haye was a starter for the Bucs last year but was injured for a good chunk of the season. The middle of Tampa Bay's run defense became a glaring weakness during the Bucs' four-game collapse at the end of last season.
Haye would not have been a good fit in the new defensive scheme that's coming with coordinator Jim Bates. The Bucs want to get bigger in the middle of the defensive front. They made a strong run at Albert Haynesworth before he signed with the Redskins.
