TAMPA, Fla. -- As a general rule, at home or on the road, I try to start making my way to the stadium right about three hours before any game I’m covering.
That generally works pretty well, although I usually breeze into Raymond James Stadium so easily that I’m left to do a lot of waiting around for an ordinary Buccaneers’ game. But I’m expanding the window to four hours this time because this is no ordinary Buccaneers’ game. They’re hosting the Indianapolis Colts on “Monday Night Football.’’
The game is sold out for a change and there should be lots of traffic. I’ll touch base once I get into the stadium. I’ll update you with inactives and any lineup changes about 90 minutes prior to kickoff, and check in with anything else that comes along.
Also, Scouts Inc.’s Matt Williamson, KC Joyner, Stats & Information and I will be chatting live throughout the game. You’ll be able to get into the Monday Night Live chat right here on the NFC South Blog. Check back, because we’ll be up and running right around kickoff.
