Roddy White active for Falcons

ATLANTA -- Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, who missed the past three games with hamstring and ankle injuries, is active for Sunday’s matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

White practiced all last week and was limited, but he announced his intentions to play early in the week. His return should be a tremendous boost for quarterback Matt Ryan, who has thrown seven interceptions in the past two games while working without White and Julio Jones. Jones is out for the season following season-ending foot surgery.

White has 14 catches for 129 yards this season without a touchdown. He was listed as questionable coming into the game.

Inactive for the Falcons is left tackle Sam Baker, who continues to deal with a knee injury. Baker missed three consecutive games then returned last week against Carolina.

Lamar Holmes will start at left tackle in Baker's place, with Jeremy Trueblood back as the starting right tackle.

Also inactive for the Falcons are the following: RB Josh Vaughan, S Kemal Ishmael, LB Thomas Howard, G Harland Gunn, WR Brian Robiskie, and DE Cliff Matthews.

Defensive tackle Corey Peters, who was questionable coming off a knee injury, will play for the Falcons.

Inactive for the Seahawks are the following players: S Jeron Johnson, DT Jordan Hill, FB Derrick Coleman, OT Breno Giacomini, DE Benson Mayowa, DE Red Bryant, and C Max Unger.
