Goodell: Extra international game possible next year

LONDON, England -- National Football League commissioner Roger Goodell just said there's a chance there could be two international games in next year's regular season.

Speaking on CBS's broadcast, Goodell said two international games will come either next year or 2010. The league already is committed to having at least one regular-season game in London in 2009. Goodell also said there is the future possibility of every team having an international game each season. Obviously, that's going to be tied into Goodell's mission to add a 17th or 18th regular-season game and cut down the number of preseason games.

Goodell did not address, and was not asked about, reports that three members of the Saints have tested positive for a banned substance.
