Once again, the NFC South is drawing national attention.

The Falcons just announced their Dec. 21 game against Minnesota has been moved from 1 p.m. ET to 4:15 p.m. on FOX as part of the NFL's flexible scheduling program. Earlier Tuesday, it was announced Carolina's game that same day against the New York Giants has been moved from 1 p.m. to the Sunday night slot on NBC.

It's the second time this season, the Falcons have had a game flexed. They defeated Carolina in that game.

Falcons coach Mike Smith discussed his team's success on the Tirico & Van Pelt Show.
