The Panthers announced Tuesday that Artis-Payne, a running back out of Auburn, would wear No. 45. But, per the Panthers' tweet on Wednesday, the numbers changed and Tillman's number was made known.

Artis-Payne wore No. 44 at Auburn and has that number tattooed on his back. The switch to No. 34 shouldn't come as a surprise, though.
"I think I'm going with No. 34," he said on Saturday after the Panthers used their final pick on him. "Forty-four has family significance for me but, I mean, it's not significant to the point where I need the number."
Williams, who signed with Pittsburgh after his release, rushed for a team-record 6,846 yards in No. 34.
