TAMPA, Fla. -- The Bucs made a series of roster moves Wednesday, signing defensive end Patrick Chukwurah and linebacker Rod Wilson.

Those roster spots opened up as the Bucs placed safety Jermaine Phillips on the injured reserve list and released running back Noah Herron. The Bucs also signed running back Omar Cuff to the practice squad and released defensive tackle Chris Bradwell.

Chukwurah spent last season with the Bucs and appeared in nine games. Wilson previously played with Chicago.
