The Buccaneers just announced they have finalized their coaching staff by making three hires. Keith Millard and Grady Stretz will be co-defensive line coaches and Tyrone Pettaway will be the quality control coach for defense.
Millard will specialize in the pass rush. He previously has coached with Denver and Oakland. He had a nine-year career, including three All-Pro berths as a defensive lineman. Stretz will specialize in run defense. He spent the last five seasons at Arizona State and coached previously at New Mexico and UCLA.
Pettaway was a college assistant at Southern California last season and Tennessee the year before that.
