The Cardinals built a 7-3 record this season with victories over the 49ers (twice), Dolphins, Bills, Cowboys, Rams and Seahawks. Well on their way to a 10-victory season, the Cardinals are now threatening to fulfill preseason expectations with a second consecutive 8-8 record.
Kurt Warner has gone from Matt Leinart's backup to MVP candidate to looking his age. Should we have seen this coming? We knew the second-half schedule could be difficult, but the Cardinals' struggles go well beyond the schedule. They appear increasingly disinterested and inept.
I'd like your help in explaining Warner's recent demise, what is likely to happen next and what it means for the organization. I'll pull together responses and poll outside sources for an item scheduled to run here Tuesday.
