Opponents' 2008 record: 113-143
Projected 2009 strength of schedule: .441
Games in Eastern time zone: 3 (Lions, Jaguars, Giants)
Worth noting: The Cardinals will face five teams that won at least 10 games in 2008. The list features the Titans (13-3), Panthers (12-4), Colts (12-4), Giants (12-4) and Vikings (10-6). Three of those five games are at home. A sixth game against a team with a 2008 winning record comes at Chicago.
What we learned Sunday: The Panthers' victory over the Saints assured Carolina's visit to University of Phoenix Stadium because the scheduling rotation called for the NFC West champion to face the NFC South division winner. The Cardinals already knew they would face the NFC East-winning Giants at home.
