I think it was a bit unfair for 'Jaws' to say that. He’s a rookie. He’s only played in three games for his professional career. It’s far too early to write somebody off or say they don’t have the ability to make things happen. You have to give somebody an opportunity. The more playing time he gets, the better he’s going to be and I think it’s far too early to even say such a thing.
Unfair, perhaps, but not necessary inaccurate. Hall has one touchdown and four interceptions in three starts. One thing I'd like to hear from Fitzgerald or coach Ken Whisenhunt: a clear case for Hall that leans a little less heavily on intangibles.
