NFLPA: Dansby hires agent to resume talks

The NFL Players Association is listing Todd France as Karlos Dansby's new agent. Dansby fired his previous agent, Kirk Wood, last week.

France represents the Seahawks' Leroy Hill, also a linebacker and also a franchise player. The Cardinals have listed Dansby and safety Adrian Wilson as their top priorities to re-sign.

Dansby had been expected to hire Larry Fitzgerald's agents to represent him, but the agent business is a competitive one and allegiances can change quickly.

France has represented quite a few linebackers, including Takeo Spikes, Omar Gaither and Ernie Sims. His clients with NFC West ties have included Leonard Pope, Nate Clements, Jonas Jennings, Aubrayo Franklin, Keenan Burton, Jason Craft and Kenneth Darby.
