Seahawks turn to Charlie Whitehurst

The Seattle Seahawks have turned to backup quarterback Charlie Whitehurst after starter Matt Hasselbeck suffered three turnovers while falling behind 34-10 against the Atlanta Falcons.

I'm working on a St. Louis Rams column from the Edward Jones Dome following their 27-13 defeat to Kansas City.

Hasselbeck does not appear to be injured, at least from what I can see on TV.

About one quarter remains in the game. Hasselbeck has completed 10 of 17 passes for 71 yards and two interceptions, with one lost fumble.

It'll be interesting to see what coach Pete Carroll has to say after the game.
