Count Alabama receiver Julio Jones among the NFL draft prospects planning to attend the event despite the lockout.
"It’s a one-in-a-lifetime chance," Jones told Sirius' Adam Schein.
Left unsettled is whether Jones, widely regarded as the second-best receiver in the draft, will be there for the St. Louis Rams when they select with the 14th overall choice. The Rams have needs at other positions, too, but passing on Jones would spur considerable debate.
Mel Kiper Jr. projected Jones going to the Washington Redskins at No. 10 in his latest mock draft, available to Insider subscribers. Todd McShay agreed. Kiper previously had Jones going to the Rams. Jim Thomas, who covers the Rams for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, has Jones heading to the Redskins, with the Rams selecting defensive end Robert Quinn.
