Niners quarterback J.T. O'Sullivan fell awkwardly and was fortunate to escape injury when Lions linebacker Alex Lewis dragged him down by the collar in Week 3.

The NFL responded by hitting Lewis with a $7,500 fine. The play also drew a 15-yard penalty. O'Sullivan was clearly unhappy with Lewis' tactics. Replays showed his angry reaction. We could also see just how close O'Sullivan came to suffering a leg injury.
