NFL tiebreaker procedures have granted the Tennessee Titans the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 draft.
Here's where it gets interesting: The Titans drafted a franchise quarterback in Marcus Mariota last year. Assuming there are at least a handful of teams who hope to do the same this season, the Titans are in great position to turn the top pick into a draft-long bounty via trade. If they keep it and draft a position player, the Cleveland Browns would be in position to select their latest quarterback of the future.
We'll have plenty of time to debate, discuss and rehash every possibility during the next four months. For now, however, here are how the NFL's 20 non-playoff teams will be stacked after the tiebreaker (reverse order of strength of schedule) is applied.
