Saints' Tracy Porter carted off

NEW ORLEANS -- A scary moment and lots of uncertainty here in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Saints cornerback Tracy Porter was carted off the field on a stabilizing board after a collision with Tampa Bay receiver Mike Williams on the second play of the game.

Williams also stayed down for about a minute, but was able to walk off on his own.

I’ll alert you if the Saints provide any update on Porter’s condition. With Porter out, the Saints have only three active cornerbacks. Jabari Greer and Patrick Robinson will get the work in the base defense. Leigh Torrence now will have to be used as the nickel back.
