NFL Power Rankings: AFC North reaction

It wasn't a particularly good week for the AFC North in the Week 6 power rankings. Two teams dropped, including one after a win, and the winless Browns remain at the very bottom.

The AFC North ranks fourth overall among the eight-team divisions. The NFC West, NFC North and NFC East are ahead of the AFC North. That means this division is the highest-ranked one in the AFC.

Here's a recap:

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 4

My ranking: No. 4

2012 record: 4-1

Comment: The Ravens dropped below the 49ers after beating the Browns and Chiefs by a combined 10 points. I don't like moving a team down after a win, but I already had Baltimore below San Francisco before Sunday's games.

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 10

My ranking: No. 10

2012 record: 2-2

Comment: The Steelers are back in the top 10 after spending a couple of weeks in the middle of the power rankings. Pittsburgh had the third-biggest jump of any team, moving up six spots. Pittsburgh was the only team in my top 11 that didn't have a winning record.

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 15

My ranking: No. 15

2012 record: 3-2

Comment: The Bengals can't complain about a lack of respect this week after losing to the previous one-win Dolphins at home. I have only one other 3-2 team below the Bengals in my power rankings (Seahawks).

ESPN Power Ranking: No. 32

My ranking: No. 32

2012 record: 0-5

Comment: This is the Browns' fourth straight week at the bottom of the power rankings. No one can argue against this because Cleveland is the only winless team remaining in the league. But the Browns have made it interesting in nearly every game this season.
