Manuel brings much-needed mobility to Buffalo’s new-look offense under coach Doug Marrone. He will compete with veteran quarterbacks Kevin Kolb and Tarvaris Jackson in training camp, but Manuel eventually will be viewed as the long-term solution for the Bills.
