"He couldn't practice the rest of the day, and that's usually not a good sign," coach Greg Schiano said. "After the individual workouts he was done, and everybody else bumped up a spot, so that's why [Means] was out there."
The Bucs can’t afford to be without Clayborn for long. The team basically chose to bet that Clayborn and Da'Quan Bowers could stay healthy when it let last year’s leading sacker, Michael Bennett, depart as a free agent and there isn’t a lot of depth at the position.
Meantime, Revis took part in some coverage drills for the first time. Prior to that, he had been limited to individual drills.
