CINCINNATI -- What do Andy Dalton, Ed Sheeran and the Firefox logo have in common?

Well, besides the obvious, the three came together as part of a hilarious punchline that opened an NFL-related bit on Thursday night's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

In a segment called "NFL Stars Read Their Own Superlatives," Dalton appeared on screen and gave a taped introduction before a graphic popped up featuring his bio picture. According to Dalton -- er, Fallon -- the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback was voted most likely to be "the love child of Ed Sheeran and the Firefox logo."

If you don't get the joke, Google a picture of Dalton. Then Google a picture of Sheeran, the English pop singer/songwriter. Then Google an image of the logo for the Firefox web browser. See something in common? There you go.

Maybe Sheeran, who currently is on a U.S. tour, will have his NFL offspring on stage next week when his tour stops in Cincinnati next Thursday.

You can watch the rest of Fallon's bit featuring the likes of Calvin Johnson, Joe Haden, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning, D'Brickashaw Ferguson and others here.
