Lions WR Ryan Broyles goes on one-handed catch spree, challenges Kenny Stills

Ryan Broyles is going through an offseason healthy for the first time. He's also coming off a season when he barely played.

The Detroit Lions coaches and front office, whenever asked about Broyles, have said they hope to see him healthy to start a season. At the very least, he's training in a way in which he looks completely healthy -- including making a plethora of one-handed catches in a row.

It doesn't come close to the degree of difficulty posed by New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr., but the sheer repetition and speed of Broyles' one-handed catch bonanza is impressive.

Hey @kstills how many can u catch without dropping? Can u beat me & @MJPcoach_BA in 15 second? #TheChallenge

Broyles also threw down a challenge to another former Oklahoma teammate, Miami's Kenny Stills, to try and match his one-handed drill. Broyles, in this video, caught 16 in a row.

Broyles, a second-round pick of the Lions in 2012, played in five games last season, making two catches for 25 yards. Stills, who was recently traded from New Orleans to Miami, had 63 catches for 932 yards and three touchdowns in his second NFL season.
