Bullock day-to-day with finger contusion

North Carolina wing Reggie Bullock is being listed as "day-to-day" because of a contusion of the fingers on his right hand, a team spokesman said in an email Wednesday afternoon.

The junior sustained the injury during Tuesday night's 83-59 loss at top-ranked Indiana, and ESPN.com's Andy Katz reported after the game that UNC had received good news when an X-ray was negative. Coach Roy Williams, though, also told Katz that the staff might take another look at the injury once the team returned to Chapel Hill.

Asked for an update Wednesday, the team spokesman said in the email that there is no fracture and that the player is day-to-day.

Bullock is averaging 11.6 points and 4.9 rebounds for the Tar Heels, who play UAB at home on Saturday.
