My Top 25, Heisman votes

Florida State is the new No. 1 in ESPN.com's power rankings, dethroning Alabama from the top spot after the Crimson Tide's heartbreaking loss at Auburn. Ohio State slides into the No. 2 spot, with the Tigers moving up to No. 3 and the Tide dropping to No. 4.

Notre Dame fell from No. 25 to out of the power rankings, failing to receive a single vote after losing at Stanford, which remained at No. 8.

Colleagues Mark Schlabach and Brad Edwards both project that the Irish will land in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl against Houston. (Hello again, Deontay Greenberry.)

Jameis Winston remains atop Heisman Watch, though his latest and greatest competition is now Jordan Lynch.

Here is how I voted in this week's power rankings and in Heisman Watch. (Of note: I do not have a vote in the Associated Press poll or a vote for the Heisman Trophy.)
