11. Damian Williams, WR, USC (7): Williams earned first-team All-Pac-10 honors after catching 70 passes for 1,010 yards and six touchdowns. He was Matt Barkley's most reliable target and the conference's best "pure" receiver. He also returned two punts for touchdowns. He's expected to be an early NFL draft pick this spring.
