Five Pac-12 players were named first-team Freshmen All-Americans by the Football Writers Association of America Freshman on Monday.

USC, with receiver Marqise Lee and linebacker Dion Bailey, and Kansas State were the only schools with two players on the team.

The other Pac-12 players on the team: Oregon State quarterback Sean Mannion, Oregon wide receiver/running back De'Anthony Thomas and Utah safety Eric Rowe.

Both true freshmen (14 players) and redshirt freshmen (12 players) were considered for the team.
