Two Oregon notes

A couple of Oregon notes for you this morning.

First, the Ducks awarded a pair of scholarships to senior walk-ons Ben Butterfield and Chad Delaney.

Butterfield, a 6-foot, 197-pound defensive back, has appeared in 22 games over the last two seasons and played in all 13 games last season. He posted 12 tackles last season (and also a reception) and recovered a fumble against Cal.

Delaney, a 6-foot, 180-pound receiver, has primarily been used on special teams, returning two punts for 27 yards. He's appeared in 12 games, including four last season.

The scholarships go into effect immediately.

Second, GoDucks.com is going to have a new editor-in-chief. Rob Moseley, who has been the Oregon beat writer for the Eugene Register-Guard since 2007, will take over operating the Duck's website. The Oregon graduate will oversee the site, while also providing original features, game stories and live updates.

The Pac-12 blog tips its cap to a darn good writer.
