Mock draft: Scouts Inc. picks the nation's top 20 pass-rushers

Texas A&M's Myles Garrett has been among the nation's most dominant players, offense or defense. And if you were only picking pass-rushers, Garrett is the clear No. 1. Ken Murray/Icon Sportswire

If you had to build a college football defense and could have any pass-rushers in the nation, who would you take?

Fine, that's a ridiculous question -- but AFTER Myles Garrett, who would you take?

We asked Scouts Inc.'s Steve Muench and Kevin Weidl to alternate picks (Weidl earned the No. 1 overall pick) and work their way through the best players in the country.

Just to reiterate, the purpose of this was not to project who would be future Pro Bowlers or Super Bowl winners. The goal was to construct a team that would win this Saturday on a college football field. (So far, we've looked at the entire nation, the ACC, the Pac-12 and the Big Ten.)

So who went second?
