Washington Nationals wunderkind Bryce Harper was asked by a reporter in Toronto if he was going to enjoy a celebratory beer after Wednesday's win over the Blue Jays.
This is because the drinking age in the U.S. is 21, but it's only 19 in the province of Ontario. Harper responded in awesome fashion, saying, "That's a clown question, bro."
While it probably wasn't the most incisive question of the century, it wasn't a clown question. On the contrary. These are clown questions:
How many of you fit in a Volkswagen?
Preferred method of travel -- unicycle or trapeze?
Who was the bigger influence on the clowning world -- Bozo or Krusty?
Where do you get shoes that big?
Would you be willing to stick your head inside Matthew Stafford’s mouth?
How much does a good air horn cost?
What do rodeo clowns need to do to finally get some respect?
Which group does more to embarrass the profession -- hobo clowns or Insane Clown Posse?
Do you think I’m dumb enough to fall for the squirting flower trick again?
