Tony Hawk gets nostalgic for new game

The "Tony Hawk Pro Skater" series pioneered skateboarding video games in the early 2000s, earning universal praise and selling millions of copies to skaters and non-skaters alike.

Now gamers can take a trip down memory lane as Hawk is releasing "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD," a remastering of seven levels from the original productions of the series. "Tony Hawk HD" will be downloadable in the Xbox LIVE Arcade on July 18 for $15, and there will be a $5 DLC pack with the levels from "Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3" sometime after that. It should also be available for the PlayStation 3 at some point, but a release date hasn't been sent.
