I'm going to be working the red carpet for ESPN.com's Playbook at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., tonight at 9 p.m. ET.

"The Hunger Games" and "Bridesmaids" lead the field with eight nominations apiece, with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2" and "21 Jump Street" right behind them with six nominations.

I'm a big movie fan and my favorite movie of all time is "Bad Boys" with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. I really like that kind of movie, mixing action and comedy. I do like special effects, too, but you just can't beat comedy.

I'm not going to be star-struck on Sunday but I really respect the actors and how difficult it is to do their job. I have done a few things so I know it's not easy. I am a fan of Will Smith and Denzel Washington. Denzel is my favorite actor.

And who would play me in a movie?

If I had to pick someone, I would pick Denzel. Not just because he is my favorite actor but because he is really great at his craft. He studies his roles and is so believable. So I think he could portray me well because I know he would study the role first.

I hope I do well tonight. I definitely want to do some broadcasting when I am finished with football. But that won't be any time soon!

So look for my Tweets from the show here at @AntonioGates85, and I'll be posting my best stuff on ESPN.com Playbook Trending.
