Rangers rookies dressed in Speedos on trip

•: Mike Napoli and the Rangers had reason to feel good Sunday. Napoli hit two home runs and drove in six runs as Texas clinched its third straight trip to the playoffs with an 8-7 win over Anaheim in the nightcap of their Sunday doubleheader. Napoli went deep on Twitter throughout the night, posting multiple photos of the younger players on the Rangers -- who were dressed in casual speedwear and a few other outfits -- for their trip to Oakland.

Among the unlucky models were pitchers Yu Darvish and Tanner Scheppers, infielder Jurickson Profar and nurse/first baseman Mike Olt.

More photos can be found on Napoli's Lockerz photo gallery.

• Friday, Playbook offered its take on several sports-themed parodies of Psy's "Gangnam Style" Korean pop-rap video. The members of the George Washington University women's lacrosse team posted this version, while "Stuff" and the Orlando Magic dancers found their rhythm here:

If you're trying to decide which of these "Gangnam Style" parodies is the best, and you need to keep things quiet in the office, might we suggest listening with a pair of Usain Bolt Signature Series SL300 high-definition, noise-canceling headphones from Soul. They're not cheap ($349.95), but a portion of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Usain Bolt Foundation, a nonprofit organization to create of opportunities through education and cultural development.
