Grice clears waivers, added to Bolts' PS

San Diego Chargers general manager Tom Telesco got his wish, with recently released running back Marion Grice clearing waivers on Tuesday and being added to the practice squad.

The Chargers released Grice, selected in the sixth-round of this year's draft, in order to add defensive tackle Ricardo Mathews to the active roster.

Telseco said on Monday the team hoped to bring back Grice on the practice squad if he cleared waivers. With Grice now in the fold, San Diego's practice squad is at a full 10 players. The only San Diego selection from this year's draft not on the active roster or practice squad is seventh-round selection receiver Tevin Reese.
