Joe Staley, Antoine Bethea represent 49ers at Pro Bowl

While neither of the San Francisco 49ers' two players at the Pro Bowl had much to do with the final result in terms of statistics -- hey, Joe Staley is a left tackle and Antoine Bethea a strong safety -- they did well to represent their team in the NFL’s all-star game.

In the end, Staley and Bethea came out on the short end as their squad, Team Carter, fell to Team Irvin, 32-28.

But 49ers players took to social media during the week to share their experiences. It was Staley’s fourth Pro Bowl selection and the third for Bethea, who was a replacement for Seattle Seahawks strong safety Kam Chancellor.
