Georgia splits up roster for spring game

Georgia has split up its roster for Saturday's spring game, and the Red team has all three of the quarterbacks competing for the starting job -- Aaron Murray, Zach Mettenberger and Logan Gray.

However, Georgia coach Mark Richt said they will rotate in and out for both teams. Running back Washaun Ealey, receiver A.J. Green and tight end Orson Charles are also on the Red team.

But several of the Bulldogs' top defenders are on the Black team, including defensive end Demarcus Dobbs, nose tackle DeAngelo Tyson, outside linebacker Justin Houston and safety Jakar Hamilton.

Several players are banged-up and won't play, including running back Caleb King. He has a knee injury that has limited him, but the coaches don't think it's serious. Converted linebacker Richard Samuel is also questionable.

Receiver Marlon Brown had been nursing a shoulder injury, but he's expected to play in the game.
