Kramer expected Big Ten to make move

Former SEC commissioner Roy Kramer is watching all these expansion developments with great interest.

After all, as ESPN.com's Gene Wojciechowski points out in his column on Kramer, he is the guy who sort of started all this when the SEC added Arkansas and South Carolina in 1992.

Kramer thinks the Big Ten will eventually get to 16 teams and that the Pac-10 will move forward with its proposal. At that point, particularly if the Big East loses multiple teams, Kramer thinks the ACC and SEC would both end up adding teams.
