The SEC's fittest coaches

Jeremy Fowler of The Orlando Sentinel recently ranked the nation's fittest coaches with Illinois' Ron Zook topping the list.

A couple of SEC coaches -- Alabama's Nick Saban and Tennessee's Lane Kiffin -- warranted honorable mention.

Vanderbilt's Bobby Johnson might be the fittest of all. At 58, he's rock solid, and there's not an ounce of fat on him.

And in the 60-and-over club, what about the Head Ball Coach? Steve Spurrier turned 64 last month, and the guy could easily pass for somebody in his early 50s. He still hits the golf ball pretty well, too. Just ask him.

Florida's Urban Meyer is also in great shape. And really, when you start going down the list of current SEC head coaches, everybody is pretty fit.

Lots of receiver/defensive back-types in this league.
