NEW ORLEANS -- It's readily apparent that Arkansas has no answers on defense against Ohio State. The Buckeyes are running at will, converting seemingly every big third down and getting a great half out of Terrelle Pryor.
That would still be OK if the Razorbacks could turn this into a shootout. But they're hurting themselves too much so far. Dumb penalties are putting them in a hole, and receivers have dropped at least three key passes. Joe Adams had a second big miss on what should have been a third-down conversion in Buckeyes territory on a great throw by Ryan Mallett. And Mallett had a fourth-down pass batted down on the previous drive, which shouldn't happen when you're 6-foot-6.
The Hogs are in deep trouble if this continues.
