The devastating tornadoes that plumbed Tuscaloosa, Ala., have triggered something most would think to be impossible.
As people flock to the home of the University of Alabama from beyond the state's borders, people from Auburn, Ala., have also made the journey over to help.
Not only have residents of Auburn gathered to help those in need in Tuscaloosa but a group of 70 from the Auburn University, including coach Gene Chizik, players and administrators, traveled to the Birmingham area, which has a large Crimson Tide following, to assist with the relief effort.
Tigers and Tide have come together as one.
