SEC fantasy challenge: Week 2

The seat in my office is starting to warm up a little after a second week in SEC fantasy football world.

Fellow SEC blogger Chris Low and Over the Hill (2-0) came out victorious, yet again, with a 146-143 win against The Young Guns (0-2). Originally, my team was awarded the 147-143 win, but a geological shift during the night must have jarred some circuits loose, switching some points around.

It was a tough loss to swallow, especially with each offensive starter for The Young Guns getting 20-plus points on the day, except for receiver Greg Childs. He recorded zero stats and is getting awfully close to seeing the waiver wire. I understand he's still not 100 percent, but in a what-have-you-done-for-me-lately world, I need points.

New addition Vick Ballard brought me 25 points, while Aaron Murray led my team with 28 points.

But Chris had Tyler Bray, who went off against Cincinnati. The Tennessee sophomore registered a game-high 38 points after throwing for 405 yards and four touchdowns. He also had a rushing touchdown. Trent Richardson also helped Chris with his 24 points after another multi-touchdown performance.

Here is how Week 2 looked:
