Hogs still waiting on injured players

Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino said Wednesday that quarterback Tyler Wilson (concussion-like symptoms) and running back Dennis Johnson (hamstring) both practiced Tuesday, increasing the likelihood that they would play this Saturday against Troy. Wilson said earlier this week that he fully expects to play.

However, defensive end Jake Bequette (hamstring) and receiver Jarius Wright (strained knee) did not practice on Tuesday, and Petrino said they would be evaluated on a daily basis.

With the trip to Alabama looming on Sept. 24, the Hogs may play it safe this weekend and rest Bequette and Wright, giving them some extra time to be closer to 100 percent for the Alabama game.
