Missouri announces 2013 signing class

Missouri has announced its 2013 signing class.

Coach Gary Pinkel signed 20 prospects Wednesday, including two ESPN 300 members. The Tigers had a chance to add an ESPN 150 player in running back Ezekiel Elliott, who is the top player from the state of Missouri, but he picked Ohio State over Mizzou Wednesday afternoon.

The headliners of Pinkel's 2013 class are ESPN 300 defensive tackle Josh Augusta (Peoria, Ill.) and ESPN 300 athlete Chase Abbington (St. Peters, Mo./Fort Zumwalt South). Augusta is rated as the nation's No. 16 defensive tackle, while Abbington is the nation's No. 30 athlete.

Missouri currently ranks 37th in RecruitingNation's class rankings.
