Alabama drops to No. 2 in early poll

My ESPN colleague, Mark Schlabach, has juggled his 2013 Way-Too-Early Preseason Top 25 poll to reflect the conclusion of spring practice, and Ohio State has replaced Alabama as the new No. 1 team.

I'm sure he hasn't received much feedback from the state of Alabama. Either way, he's moved Urban Meyer's Buckeyes into the top spot because he thinks they have an easier path than the Crimson Tide to an unbeaten record next season.

Schlabach also moved Texas A&M, Florida and LSU down in his updated poll, and he moved Vanderbilt out of his latest Top 25.

He did move South Carolina up a few spots and still has four SEC teams in his top 10.

Below is an updated look at where the SEC teams fell in Schlabach's newest poll:

No. 2 -- Alabama

No. 6 -- Texas A&M

No. 7 -- Georgia

No. 8 -- South Carolina

No. 11 -- Florida

No. 16 -- LSU
