Joyous sights and sounds from Auburn as Toomer's Corner gets new trees

More than four years after Alabama fan Harvey Updyke Jr. poisoned a pair of trees at Auburn's Toomer's Corner -- and almost two years since the dying oaks were removed -- there was finally a sense of renewal on The Plains on Saturday morning.

At the legendary spot on the corner of campus where generations of Tigers fans have celebrated by rolling the trees after victories, those fans gathered again to see the planting of two new oaks. Here's a collection of photos and videos that capture the scene in Auburn:
