Strasburg Makes History

Washington Nationals' ace Stephen Strasburg is pitching better than advertised. Strasburg had 10 more strike-outs in tonight's, 2-1, loss to the White Sox, giving him 32 in his first three games. Not since 1900 has anyone had more strike-outs in his first three games than Strasburg. Of the 21-year-old's 10 K's tonight, six came on change-ups, three on curveballs and one by fastball. The rookie-phenom lasted 7 innings, allowing 4 hits and 1 ER in the no decision. Strasburg's ERA...1.86.
